This solid and versatile bench offers flat, incline and decline settings with fully adjustable back and seat pads. Ideally suited to dumbbell work, this bench is also the perfect partner for a Power Rack or Half Rack when completing Olympic Press movements. The decline setting and ankle supports also mean the bench is a great option for abdominal workouts as well.
