The T-Bar Row is a gym classic for a reason, a bent over row is a great way to target all of your major back muscle with a main focus on the latissimus dorsi. Rows are a strength Training exercise that mimics the movement of rowing a boat. The goal is to strengthen the muscles that bring the arms toward the body, as well as those that move the shoulder blades toward the spine.
