The XBR55 is Spirit Fitness’ mid-priced semi-recumbent bike. It offers 10 programs, audio jack with speakers, remote handlebar controls, adjustable seat back, and wireless HR monitoring. The XBR55 features an oversized 7.5″ bright blue backlit LCD screen with separate Muscle Activation Profile and HR % Profile LED displays. Remote handlebar toggles provide convenient resistance changes without taking your hands off the seat handles. Contact and wireless heart rate monitoring options make your workouts more effective). Adjustable cooling fan and dual speakers with audio jack for comfort and entertainment. Easy access seat adjustments for fore/aft and reclining backrest positions. Bluetooth is compatible with SPIRIT FIT App to monitor and record your workout data. Compatible with Zwift App for even more workout variety and entertainment.
On Spirit Fitness’ bikes you will be using your glute (bottom), hamstring (back of your thigh), quad (thigh), and calf muscles. The LED lights on the console will activate in three degrees of engagement: Green represents minimal muscle involvement, Amber for medium involvement, and Red, full or heavy involvement. Use this quick reference to challenge yourself during your workout. The Heart Rate % profile gives you a quick reference of your % compared to the maximum projected heart rate. The LED lights up in Amber for 50-60%, Green for 65% to 80%, and Red for 85%+.
Zwift is an interactive racing and training app, is now compatible with select Spirit Fitness treadmills and bikes. Setting up the connection is simple and intuitive. By integrating Zwift with a Spirit Fitness treadmill or bike, users can experience the virtual world of Zwift, including a community that motivates you every minute, flexible training plans and intuitive coaching to make adjustments for days you miss or to align with your progress.
