The XE195 is Spirit Fitness’ entry-level elliptical and comes with the smoothness and quality of build expected by the Spirit brand. No expense has been spared to give you outstanding performance.
The XE195 is very appealing to someone that wants a reliable unit with standard features. This unit features a 7.5” bright blue backlit LCD console, an extensive amount of exercise data, electromagnetic resistance, a post-workout summary of the accumulated data, and a 2” Q-Factor (space between pedals).
A 7.5” blue backlit LCD screen that conveniently displays 9 pieces of data at a time to keep you informed and motivated. The Spirit XE195 elliptical can be connected to the Spirit Fit app via Bluetooth. This mobile app designed by Spirit allows you to set your workout plan, track, monitor and record your training data. The Spirit app also integrates with other fitness apps such as FitBit, iHealth, and Record so that you can keep all your fitness performance in one application. It features a variety of programs such as Hill, Fat Burn, Cardio, Strength, Interval and Manual.
Pulse grips enable you to monitor your heart rate at all times and are conveniently located on the centre handlebars. Ergonomic 20” stride length provides a comfortable elliptical motion for users of all sizes and 2˚ pedal inversions create a more bio-mechanically correct stride.
